What Pandan Tastes Like
Pandan has an aromatic, gently grassy fragrance. In our cakes it comes through in soft sponge, chilled jelly layers and richer gula melaka fillings.
In our lighter layer cakes
The pandan layer loaf and birthday cake pair soft pandan sponge with chilled pandan jelly layers. The result is light and fragrant, with a chilled, softly layered texture.
With gula melaka and durian
Gula melaka adds warm palm-sugar depth, while cream cheese and coconut create a richer finish. Our durian version also includes D24 durian filling.
In Swiss rolls
Pandan sponge also works well in a rolled cake, paired with either vanilla cream or gula melaka coconut filling.
A first pandan cake
The smaller pandan layer loaf is a practical first choice when you want to try the sponge-and-jelly style without ordering a full celebration cake.
